Refund Policy

Desires of Her Heart is operated by The HomeWorks. We want you to feel at peace with your purchase. If a blueprint unlock isn't what you hoped, you can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. To request a refund:

Email us at contact@thehomeworks.net with your order details (the email address you used at checkout) and we will process your refund.

What happens next

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Once a refund is issued, access to the unlocked blueprint will be revoked.

1:1 sessions

1:1 coaching sessions booked with The HomeWorks are handled separately from the blueprint unlock — please contact us directly to discuss rescheduling or refunds for a 1:1 booking.
