Refund Policy

Desires of Her Heart is operated by The HomeWorks. We want you to feel at peace with your purchase. If a blueprint unlock isn't what you hoped, you can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
Email us at contact@thehomeworks.net with your order details and we will help you.

What happens next

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, usually within 5–10 business days. Once a refund is issued, access to the unlocked blueprint will be revoked.

1:1 sessions

1:1 coaching sessions booked with The HomeWorks are handled separately from the blueprint unlock — please contact us directly to discuss rescheduling or refunds for a 1:1 booking.
