Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

Desires of Her Heart ("the Service") is provided by The HomeWorks ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

The Service is a guided reflection experience for Christian women, delivered through our website. It surfaces reflections, "blueprints", and optional 1:1 coaching bookings. We do not guarantee any particular spiritual, emotional or life outcome, and the Service is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, financial or legal advice.

3. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully, or for fraud, spam or harassment;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• attempt to probe, scan, scrape or interfere with the Service, or upload malware;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service or its content;
• circumvent any technical limits, paywalls or access controls.

5. Payments, billing and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

Prices are shown in US dollars unless otherwise noted. Blueprint unlocks are a one-time purchase of $7 that grants indefinite access to the unlocked blueprint from your account. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its content, prompts, branding and software are owned by The HomeWorks and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial reflection.

The reflections and answers you write remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to provide the Service to you (including generating your blueprint through an AI model).

7. Service availability

We work to keep the Service running smoothly but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion via contact@thehomeworks.net.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
